New Beginnings is designed for recent high school graduates living in Nairobi, Kenya. It is for young people who have finished secondary school and are trying to figure out “what next” for their lives. Specifically, we target top-performing high school students who are looking for purpose and significance during their “gap year” and as they wait for K.C.S.E. results.

New Beginnings is all about growth and transformation in Christ. We help young people grow in their faith and in their service of God and others. Our goal is to equip young and emerging leaders for transformational ministry. The purpose of New Beginnings is to raise leaders of integrity and skill who can be able to transform others as well as the society around them. Each intern grows in character, competence, compassion, comprehension, and community.

Interns participate in daily classes, team building exercises, short term missions, and retreats. In addition, each intern is mentored and serves in a particular field within Church Army Africa. Click on poster to learn about our exciting placement opportunities in 2010.
